We skillfully fabricate a diverse range of high-performance stainless-steel tanks and equipment to meet your unique project requirements. Each tank is fabricated in sections at our plant. We incorporate lean manufacturing practices to lower costs, improve quality and enhance the overall productivity of your operation.
We produce and focus on a large range of specialized stainless-steel fabricated products by use of Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). Stainless steel fabrication poses distinctive challenges that differ greatly from the simpler carbon steels and requires a much higher level of expertise, and that is one of the primary reasons why we focus primarily on producing stainless steel products. Welding stainless steel causes more deformation and warping than carbon steel requiring specialization. Special care must be taken throughout the entire production process to ensure the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel is maintained.
In response to the increasing awareness that our quality of life depends upon protection of our environment, consumers and regulators are directing their resources towards products less harmful to the environment.
In use, stainless steel is durable and requires a minimum of maintenance, outlasting many contending products and reducing requirements for further potentially harmful materials such as paint, fire protective coatings, cleaners and solvents.
Stainless steel is a valuable scrap material. It is 100% Eco-friendly and a preferred raw material input by steel makers. Stainless steel fabrication integrates high levels of scrap use (as high as 80% of charged materials will be scrap stainless steel). New stainless steel contains at least 50% recycled stainless steel product and more than half the stainless steel produced today has already been another useful stainless-steel product in the past.
Despite the very high recycling of old stainless-steel products, some stainless steel will find its way to landfills or other disposal sites. In these circumstances, no damaging effect to soil or ground water is expected. Power is expensive and modern stainless mills operate close to the theoretical minimum. In the model of each fabrication, consideration is given to the overall site circumstances to lessen environmental impact.
